How do digital downloads work?
All products sold through Aesthetic Med Library LLC are digital products. After successful payment, access is provided on the order-confirmation page and through the customer email address entered during checkout.
When will I receive my ebook?
Most orders are delivered immediately after successful payment. If your access email does not appear right away, first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
What should I do if I did not receive the download email?

Am I eligible for a refund?
