General Refund Position
Because our products are digital downloads, purchases are generally final after the download has been accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
When Refunds May Be Considered

- Corrupted or unusable files.
- Failed delivery that support cannot resolve.
- A product materially different from its description.

Approved Refunds
